Getting Back Into It


The best advice I can say to you on a Monday is, just do it. Get moving. Mondays seem to be the day where I get it in my mind that I need to start off strong on my exercise schedule for the week or it is not going to happen. I am usually working the whole weekend so it is easy for me to compromise working out. I am not going to lie, sometimes I just need to drag myself to the gym even if it is the last thing I want to do. It is usually the first 15 minutes for me that are the hardest but then it gets easier and I feel much better after it is over.
How do you get back into it after a few days off?
